this past weekend we traveled to the incredible NYC to photograph jane and pj. this was our first visit to the city and i have to say that it was all that i thought it would be...inspiring and thriving with excitement! we started their session at the hotel where were staying...hotel on rivington (which i would highly recommend, btw:) in the lowereast side. from there, we made our way though the streets and finished up by talking a few shots at the tree where pj proposed to jane. thanks for a great session and hopefully we'll see you there again soon! |

what a great surprise...we just got the word that we were selected for the knot best of weddings 2008 pick...that makes 2 years in a row. thank you to everyone that voted for us! here's an excerpt from the magazine.

this weekend we headed up north to san francisco to photograph carly and mark who will be getting married in just a few months. we got really lucky and had fantastic weather but WOW was the city packed with tourists! i'm not complaining...i love the excitement but it did make shooting a little bit of a challenge. so, instead of spending lots of time on the main streets, we found other alternatives...like a parking garage, a few side streets and a small park. all in all, it was great and i can't wait to go back and spend more time with carly and mark...until we meet again sanfran! |
